Okay, I'm a pretty experience BBQ guy and I learned so much! Andy's easy explanation of what to look for in your meat, to trimming, seasoning, cooking and finishing was just the best. I'd say the two biggest things I took from these classes were how to properly trim your meat for the best results and how to inject seasoning without it just coming right back out. Every single course I learned something new and Andy explains this all in an easy going manner. Well worth the $$
